Everything about this guitar is impeccable. The finish and binding look great and it was really well set up out-of-the-box (once I tuned it). I've had it for about three weeks. It feels great and plays great. It has a rich unplugged tone and gotten a wide range of tones through several amp configurations

Is it exactly like a Languedoc? No, but once you get past that, it’s a very nice guitar. The body is super thick. I’d guess 2”- 3”. Unplugged, it has the best acoustic sound that I’ve ever heard from an electric. At first, I thought the pickups were really thin and raspy, but then realized the additional switches were oriented in the direction you would not expect. On my guitar, both switches set down and away from you equals traditional humbucker tones with parallel tones in the middle. I have not looked to see what kind of pickups these are but they compare very well to the SD 59s that I have in every other guitar that I own. This guitar has that clean brilliance that we all love from TA - better than any other hollowbody guitar that I own. The build quality is excellent. Compared to an early run Phred that I have, it is definitely a step up. The pickups, tuners, and bridge are all high quality. I’ve not had an issue with the tailpiece mentioned in previous review. If you rest your hand near it, you can get some floating tremolo type sounds. With traditional hand location, mine does not come out of tune - even with bending. Unfortunately, the setup out of the box was very bad. The action was crazy low causing it to fret out and it had way too much relief in the neck. The pickups were also very high. These things are easy enough to remedy and now the guitar plays/sounds fantastic all over the neck. Like others have said, I’m not a fan of the gold hardware. I would love to know the manufacturer/model of the tailpiece and bridge so that I can swap them for black or chrome. If I’m being really picky, the f holes could be a bit bigger/wider. All in all, I am very happy with the guitar and the Eastwood hard case is very nice!

This thing is the absolute smoothest, sweetest and sexiest guitar I own. And I own a lot! So many tones to suit any music style. I find myself practicing for hours. Thank you Eastwood! Only one thing I noticed, I bought my boy an inexpensive Galviston because I wasn’t sure he would stick to playing, he didn’t 😢, but the headstock is identical to the PH...😔🤨😢

Thank you to everyone at Eastwood Guitars and their partners for producing a high quality and affordable modern hollowbody guitar. I've been wanting a guitar design like this for nearly 30 years. I've had it for almost a month now and it's definitely my #1. I feel very fortunate and grateful to have such a rare, well built, and extremely fun to play guitar. I may swap out the pickup magnets for Alnico 2 to get closer to `57 PAFs, but it's killer out of the box.

I purchased the Classic 6 TA PH and I have to say it is excellent ! This hollow body beauty has class and style and tone for days. Eastwood always delivers a quality guitar from the superb workmanship to the outstanding flawless finish. Smooth and comfortable playing experience plus a wide spectrum of tonal capabilities this guitar delivers. As a studio professional this guitar exceeds any jazz box out there at any price. Thank you to Mike and all the Eastwood family that keeps making the finest guitars available. This is my fourth Eastwood guitar and I know there will be many more coming my way !

This is one of the best Korean guitars (even one of the best guitars period) I have ever played! I own over 100 guitars and previously managed the electric guitar product line for a major instrument manufacturer, so there’s that. I’ve always loved Trey’s guitar tone and actually haven’t owned a full hollowbody of my own until now. (Of course I’ve played many.) This is everything I thought it would be and more. The variety of tones this guitar can crank out is amazing and the playability is phenomenal. The quality of the soft case is better than I expected as well. This is my first Eastwood purchase and it probably won’t be my last!! Excellent job!! If you want to check out my initial review, you can find the livestream here: https://youtu.be/BphywMyJIXQ

Love this guitar. Really plays so comfortably. I have mostly been playing it unplugged so far, so can't yet comment on all the sound versatility, though what little I've plugged in so far was clear that there will be a lot to play with there, in and out of phase and lots of options. so more on that after I spend more time plugged in. It does truly have a Hollow Body vibe, more so than I was imagining, but that was a bit of a pleasant surprise and adds a lot of unique character to set it apart from most of my other guitars. It really is a pretty guitar (mine is in Natural), and well built. Broke in really nicely as is just after a few days of play and settling into my climate. I would have preferred that the case seated the guitar a little better. It doesn't fully rest in the pocket grooved out so that the neck would be neutral. That combined with it sitting a tad high I believe creates a slight bit of pressure put on it/neck when the case is closed. Hoping it will break in. Otherwise might see if I can make a little adjustment myself. But all in all a great tribute to a guitar that I would never otherwise have the opportunity to own !
