While we strive to have your package shipped within 24 hours (and usually do), our standard processing time is 2-3 business days. 

You have different shipping options available at checkout. 


Route Protection option at checkout:

We have teamed up with a company called Route to provide package insurance for loss, theft, and damage.

You will see this at checkout, underneath the total of your order. If you would like to opt out, simply click the button and it will remove the added insurance from your package.
The benefits of this insurance are:
-Quick & easy filing of claims done right from your order dashboard (not having to contact us first)
-Response generally within 1 hour
-Resolution generally within 12 hours (refund or new package sent)
-Carbon Neutral shipping: They offset all the carbon emitted during delivery for every protected order by planting trees.
-Insurance even on lettermail packages with no tracking
The cost is dependant on your order value. You will see the price at checkout. It will come up as a line item on your order. If you would not like the protection, simply click the button below and it will be removed.
If you refuse the Route protection, all other tracked packages include $100 insurance (lettermail excluded). If you suspect your package has been lost, damaged or stolen, please contact us and we will file a claim with Canada Post. They will investigate and if they determine the package lost or damaged, they will accept the claim and we will send you a refund/store credit (This usually takes 2-3 weeks). We are not able to refund packages without going through the proper steps to determine what has happened to the package. This is only up to $100 total. If your order is larger than that or lettermail, we strongly recommend the Route Protection so your full order is protected. Lettermail cannot be tracked and therefore cannot be refunded unless Route Protection is added.

-Free Shipping on single Canadian orders over $200 (AFTER discount and BEFORE taxes.), shipped via whichever option is cheapest (Either Canada Post or Courier). Cannot be used on combined orders or custom ordered full bolts. (unless you are purchasing bolts directly from the site). 

-Lettermail is available on items that fit the dimensions of the over-sized lettermail standards. If you choose this option there is no tracking or insurance on your package unless you add the Route Protection option at checkout. Lettermail has no guaranteed delivery time and we cannot check on the status of your package once it leaves our store. Lettermail tends to be slower than parcel mail. (sometimes takes up to 6 weeks) You will only see this option if your package is small enough. *We will not be held responsible for lost packages, if you choose lettermail it is at your own risk and cannot be refunded unless you add the Route protection.

-Flat Rate Shipping ($10 in Ontario, $14 elsewhere in Canada). (Usually 2-7 business days, depending on your location) With this option we will choose the cheapest way, either Expedited Parcel (Canada Post) or Courier. Both include $100 insurance and tracking. **If you DO NOT want courier, please leave a note at checkout. Please note: We cannot send courier to PO Boxes, so if you want to be eligible for courier, please provide your physical address.

-Flat Rate Quickest Option: (Usually 1-3 business days, depending on your location) )We will ship your package courier via the quickest way (up to $40 our cost). In some remote areas if the cost is over $40, we will contact you prior to shipping to go over your options. 

-International Shipping: Fabric shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs, duties and importation fees. Customs forms are filled out with information about your shipments contents and value. You are responsible for charges incurred at customs.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment so that we can resolve the matter with you promptly. Please be sure to look over your fabric prior to washing and let us know of any issues right away. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless we have made an error on your order. Once the fabric is determined to be in new, uncut condition you may exchange it for something different (Customer must pay actual shipping charges on any exchanges) or request a refund (minus the original shipping fee). Returns and cancelled orders are refunded or credited minus a 10% restocking fee.

Please note, colors show differently on all computers, it is the customers choice to order the fabric and we will not be held responsible for the shade being different than you expected. If you are unsure about colours, please feel free to ask us to match something up for you and send a picture. We are always happy to help!

Custom ordered bolts of fabrics we don't typically stock are welcomed, however these full bolts are non-refundable.
