How long does it take to get my order?

We generally ship all orders within one business day. Please see our Shipping Page (link shipping page) for shipping options and delivery times. 

How do I access/use my banana points?

Make sure you are logged into your account, click on "Monkey Rewards", (add link) then redeem. A coupon code will be generated, then simply enter the code at checkout.

Can I combine orders?

If you have an order that you have already paid shipping on that hasn't shipped yet, you can place a second order and enter the coupon code 'combine' at checkout to avoid paying shipping on the second order.

Do you offer local pick up or can we browse your shop?

No, we are an online store and only offer shipping.

Why do you cut in yards, not metres?

The fabric we receive is generally priced in yards and comes on 10 or 15 yard bolts. It's easier to keep it consistent.

Do you ship internationally?

We have currently put our USA shipping on hold due to the uncertainty with tariffs. We are still shipping outside of North America. Please contact us for a shipping quote at info@funkymonkeyfabrics.com

Can I use more than one coupon code at a time?

No, you can only use one coupon code per order.

What increments do you sell in?

All our fabrics are sold in half yard increments and will be cut in one continuous piece. For example, if you order a quantity of 5, you would receive a continuous 2.5 yard piece.

Do you offer samples of fabrics?

If you only need a small snip to see colour we can send a couple samples via lettermail. Please contact us at info@funkymonkeyfabrics.com to request a sample. Do you offer bulk pricing?

Our fabrics are automatically discounted when you purchase 3-5 yards (5%) and 5+ yards (10%). If you are interested in a full bolt, we offer those at 15% off plus shipping. Please contact us for more info on full bolts at info@funkymonkeyfabrics.com

The fabric I want is sold out, will it be restocked?

We remove any fabrics that are discontinued once they sell out, therefore if it's still on the website, it is still available. You can enter your email address on the product page to be notified when it is back in stock.
