SHIPPING

While we strive to ship orders within 24 hours (and usually do!), our standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

Route Shipping Insurance

Route insurance is available at checkout and appears at the top of the checkout page. This insurance protects your package against loss, theft, or damage. We strongly recommend keeping this coverage on your order.

  • Issues with Route insurance are typically resolved within a few business days via refund or replacement

  • If Route insurance is declined, shipping issues must be handled through the carrier

  • Carrier coverage without Route is subject to approval, may take several weeks, and is capped at $100

Free Canadian Shipping

We offer free shipping on single Canadian orders over $200 (after discounts and before taxes).

  • Ships via the most economical method (usually Canada Post)

  • Cannot be used on combined orders

  • Cannot be used on custom-ordered full bolts (unless purchased directly from the website)

  • Maximum shipping cost covered is $40. If shipping exceeds this amount, we will contact you with available options

Lettermail Shipping

Lettermail is available only for items that meet oversized lettermail size requirements.

  • No tracking or insurance

  • No guaranteed delivery time

  • Delivery may take up to 6 weeks

  • We cannot check package status once it leaves our store

Lettermail is shipped at the customer’s risk and is non-refundable if lost.
This option will only appear at checkout if your order qualifies.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • $10 within Ontario

  • $14 elsewhere in Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days

  • Ships via the cheapest available method (Canada Post or courier)

  • Tracking included

If you do NOT want your order shipped by courier, please leave a note at checkout.

Courier – Fastest Option

  • $20 within Ontario

  • $28 elsewhere in Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Shipped via the fastest courier option available (the difference up to $40 is covered by us)

  • If shipping exceeds $40, we will contact you before shipping to discuss options

Courier shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A physical address is required.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Customs forms reflect shipment contents and value

  • All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

USA shipping is currently on hold due to tariff uncertainty.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment so we can assist you promptly.

Please inspect all fabric before washing or cutting and notify us immediately of any issues.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours

  • Fabric must be returned in new, uncut condition

  • Exchanges are welcome (customer pays actual shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee)

  • Refunds are issued minus the original shipping fee

  • Returns and cancelled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee

Custom-ordered full bolts of fabrics we do not regularly stock are final sale and non-refundable.
