I received this in the envelope very quickly. It was packaged very poorly folded over the outside of the outer packaging. When I cut open the package on the seam because it is in very thick plastic I cut a very small hole in the middle of the Christmas tree of the panel. I was very disappointed. I had to reorder another one as it was a birthday present for someone I couldn’t just say patch it. So I reordered and paid the shipping and sent a note. Nothing was done. The birthday gift was very well received. Please be careful on packaging
