Made this blanket earlier this year for my 3 year old Grandson. Finally gave it to him for Christmas. He loved it. He is obsessed with Dinosaurs right now. Oh you're so right, these 2 paired together are perfection! The Galaxy line is incredible, so many colours wound in there, they match so many things! Love the Galaxy Lava, paired it with Spooky Script Halloween pattern. Big Halloween fan. Looks so good together, the colours match so well. I made a large blanket for myself. Easy to work with as long as you use lots of pins! Funky Monkey always sends their items promptly, packed well. Girls were so helpful with this order, showing me the lava, caviar with spooky to see what went well, of course had to be the Lava! My go to shop for Minky.

I decided it was time to make something for myself. I love halloween so thought a blanket would be nice. I purchased Spooky Script but wanted to find something to match it. I really liked Caviar Hide, but thought it might be too shiny. The Ladies at Funky Monkey were so helpful and kind enough to put a few colours next to Spooky to see what it would look like. I agreed with them the Galaxy was perfect! I have worked with the Galaxy Lava before, made a Dino blanket for my grandson. So nice to work with, gorgeous colour. I love the Galaxy Minky. Hopefully I can load a picture when I have it completed.
