Couple of firsts happened.....went to my first Blue Jays game and made my first Bucket Hat (free pattern by Orange Bettie), it just so happened I combined the 2 firsts into one project! I pre-washed both fabrics so I can wash the completed hat and not worry about shrinking. The Blue Jays fabric softened up nicely but maintained all the lovely colours. Great fabric!
Turned out just great!
The fabric was firm and easy to work with. The print was off weave and didn't bother the project until i tried to get fourth unit. Piecing to look make print level needed to be done. The 60 wide is nice.
